I'm a North Dallas Metroplex hairstylist specializing in dramatic hair growth, extensions and unique coloring. Please remind me and put it on your profile when making an account. - Lace units, closures & frontals MUST be dropped off 24 hrs before appointment. - Children are welcomed parents but space is limited. I also services children hair appointments if they are used to salon setting. - ALL services included shampoo and conditioning. - NON-REFUNDABLE Retainer Fee to book appointment and will be applied towards service. - If you will be late, please communicate with me. If I am running behind, I will communicate with you. I allow up to 10 min grace period upon cancellation if not communicated that you will be late. 15 mins+ results in a charge of $25. - I sell Indian hair ( recommended, better and long lasting quality and blends with all hair types ) Vietnamese hair is sold as well at a cheaper price. If you book versatile sew in, hair MUST be purchase through myself or Luxe Locs. - Preferred hair for quick weave services: Billion Brazilian Bundles (can be reused for glue less quick weaves), Indi Remy, Pink Lemon, Velvet Remy, Pure our raw bundles. - Custom Color can not be done on same day for bundles. - 3 Bundles minimum for extension services. 4+ bundles, additional fee will be added to final pricing. ( 24" & longer requires 4+ bundles ) - Snacks & drinks are complimentary per appointnent. - I will always ask “ may I take your picture or record” before hand. - Hair growth products available for purchase. - Hair growth plans are subjective for every client. - Changes CAN NOT be made to hair once you leave the salon. Please inform me if its anything you do not like before leaving salon, it will not hurt my feelings. - Rescheduling appts are only available 24 hrs prior to appointment time. If something happens out of your control, please connect with me to ensure effective communication. Same day rescheduling/cancellation results in full charge of service and you will have to rebook. - Results in non-payment for no call/no shows, same day rescheduled/ cancellation will result in blocking from booking future appointments with Jaelah. - Wifi Available & lap desk for early morning appointments. -Gift Cards are available for purchase on booking site, so tell a loved one.
